At CineJade, we offer full-day, project-based livestream services, delivered either in our production studio or on-site at your location. We provide not just cameras and tech, but full operational support — from pre-production planning to final delivery.

What’s Included in Every Livestream

No matter where your event takes place, our team brings or sets up:

• 1-4 PTZ cameras (4k) – remote-controlled for dynamic angles without needing extra crew

• Studio lighting with softboxes for broadcast-quality visuals

• Wireless microphone systems and an audio mixer for clear sound

• Live camera switching & overlays – add logos, slides, or split views

• Output to Zoom, Teams, YouTube, Twitch, or custom platforms

• Green screen option with real-time background replacement

• Professional livestream technician to handle the full workflow

• Optional Sony Cinema Camera recording for premium image quality

• Local recording of the full session

• Optional teleprompters (on-camera or presidential)

Service Duration & Scheduling

All livestream packages are based on a standard service window of up to 6 hours, including:

• Arrival, setup & technical check (typically 2 hours)

• Livestream coverage (up to 2.5–3 hours)

• Pack down & post-session handover (1 hour)

If your event requires longer or split-day sessions, we’re happy to quote accordingly.

Pre-Production Planning (Required)

To ensure a smooth, secure, and professional broadcast, every livestream project includes a pre-production phase — especially important for on-site jobs.

We take the time to understand your event flow, technical environment, and visual goals. This allows us to avoid surprises on the day of your stream and deliver the best possible results.

This includes:

• Technical call or in-person consultation

• Streaming platform setup (Zoom, Teams, YouTube, etc.)

• Camera and microphone layout planning

• Lighting requirements and backdrop design (green screen, branding, etc.)

• Scene design, overlays, and visual assets

• Crew scheduling and logistics

• For on-site events: venue requirements, power access, and cable routing

Pre-production fee: £200 + Travel Cost (one-time, per project)

This includes full technical planning and (if on-site) a venue review.

Studio or On-Site — Same Gear, Same Quality

We use the same technical setup and camera systems regardless of location. The only difference is:

• In-Studio: We handle everything in our purpose-built studio — just show up and perform.

• On-Site: We bring everything to you — with a travel cost added based on your location.

On the day of livestream, we require 1–3 hours for setup and safety checks. This setup time is included at no extra charge.

Hourly Livestream Packages & Pricing

All packages include PTZ camera(s), lighting, wired/wireless mics, live switching, livestream technician, and direct stream to your chosen platform.
