What’s included in a turnkey setup service?

A full system installation includes:

  • Delivery of all cameras, lights, mics, and network gear

  • Mounting and positioning of PTZ cameras and lights

  • Network setup for NDI or HDMI-based systems (incl. PoE switch config)

  • Cable routing and management

  • Integration with OBS, Zoom, Teams, or a hardware encoder

  • Final system test with stream/recording verification

  • 1-on-1 training on how to use your new system (camera control, audio, streaming)

Optional:

  • Integration with presentation tools (PowerPoint, slides, overlays)

  • Remote support add-ons for future updates or staff transitions

How long does installation take?

Typical installation times:
